You could say that I have some serious issues.

For starters, I’m a Washington sports fan. Not Washington state, but the nation’s capital.

In other words, I’m not accustomed to good quarterbacks, respectable pro basketball clubs or decent baseball. Things do appear to be looking up, however, in at least two of the three categories.

I’ve lived through hurricanes, an earthquake and, so far, the Dan Snyder era. Although it hasn’t been an easy run, I continue my support for the burgundy and gold and everything that comes with the new ShanAllen regime.

My bashings of Rex Grossman will likely never cease and sometimes I think I should be the coach, coordinator, owner and general manager of the Washington Redskins — all at the same time.

Although this site focuses primarily on sports in the DMV, one can expect an opinion on just about anything — from pop-culture to pillows.
